I am always very nervous when I go into the office because of my dentures. I am very embarrassed about the whole thing. The first girl who was supposed to help me with my new dentures really didn't know what to do. She left me for the Dr. Then Kim Chenoweth came by just to see how I was doing and was so nice and helpful and understanding that my nervousness went away and I didn't feel so embarrassed. I got my dentures about 3 years ago. From day one I had problems with the fit and getting sores. I went back every two weeks for adjustments for the first two years and was never satisfied. I was learning to just suffer and deal with it, I was in constant pain and was always told that the lower ones would never fit. Last week I went in again due to sores on my lower gums. I went into office on Monday the 24th, had to get a last minute appointment, long story short, they squeezed me in, and my experience was GREAT!! Tammy, is a Dental Assistant, that was NOT assigned to me, but made sure she went out of her way, to make sure that the other assistants were treating me with the care that she always does, coming back to see if all was ok, in between the others coming back to check on me, I seen Dr. Chan, he did my exam, tole me that I was in need of a root canal, in which I decided to later have... read more

The doctor was great at explaining my options The dental hygienist was also good The front desk staff was very friendly I did have to wait a long time but it was worth it
