Everyone was very friendly. All my questions were answered. My next appointments were scheduled in a timely manner.
They were very caring people and helpful with figuring out what I needed to have done and explained it all to me! I was feeling anxious and they made me feel comfortable ! I was so relieved to finally have a dentist office with no judgements and so willing to help me with my dental needs I recommend this place highly!
Brittany and Ashley, were terrific and very helpful with my procedures and financing. These 2 women are very out going and polite. They are truly an asset to any front office. Thank you
I'm assuming that the rate of '5' is the best, like 5 stars. I called Aspen Dental with a denture emergency and their response was 'how soon can you get here?' I was there 15 min. later and seen within 15 minutes. Within 90 minutes my old denture was repaired and I decided to have a new one made. Since the one I had I'd worn for 15 years, getting used to the new one took a little time. I was referred to Dr. Mathur and Aspen Dental, Bell Rd by another patient of theirs. I needed a new lower denture. My case was difficult because of work another dentist had performed on me. Aspen Dental fitted me for a new denture. I needed a few visits to get the fit perfect. Everyone I worked with was terrific. My experience there was good I can't complain. Staff is really welcoming the young lady that was helping me Lyn, is really sweet, kind and a little funny but was really patient w/ me while doing my xrays when I was having some troubles. I also shoutout to Micky the Hygienist she is really fun and I really like how she explains everything. Thanks you guys for making my visit fun.
Had all teeth pulled and replaced and was very satisfied with everyone they all was very nice and took there time . Now am just waiting on my permanent set of teeth if they are what I picked out and look good and are sharp enough to chew food then they will be great and that would make this all worth it .
The staff was amazing. Every one I worked with was considerate and kind. I was terrified of loosing a cracked tooth and they got me in right away after the consultation to get it fixed. I was given a list of things that need to be done as well as the pricing so I can start to plan for them. No judgements no hassle. I will be going back for all my dental needs!
They were very helpful. I received x-rays and an exam. First dental office I have ever been to where they truly seemed to care about the patient and not the money walking in the door. The office staff and physicians are wonderful. Best dental experience I have had in 50 yrs.
