The people were courteous and very understanding. They answered all of my questions. I would recommend this type of service to everyone I know.
I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. All the staff was friendly and professional! The personnel at this office were excellent. The positive experience started with a welcoming receptionist. The treatment plan was explained in detail along with cost estimates by the office manager. Great experience!!!

Awesome staff! I went to Aspen for the first time yesterday, at the location near Kohls, and it was an amazing experience, thanks to the staff! The two dental assistants that had to deal with my gag reflex during the x-ray had so much patience and understanding and they made me laugh! One's name was Hakeem and I do not remember the girl's name, unfortunately. They did an amazing job helping me relax and distracting me from gagging. I have to say Dr Goh did a fantastic job and made me so comfortable! I had 6 teeth extracted and i didnt feel any pain! His assistant was amazing as well! Thank you giys so much!
I had such an amazing experience getting my new dentures. Getting dentures isn't exactly something that people want but in my case it was what I wanted to make my smile pretty again. the doctors and nurses gave me my confidence to smile again and I really appreciate all of their help and hard work. the receptionists are such nice ladies too and are always working so hard, whenever I'm there they're always talking about work, never chitchat Which tells me that they take a lot of pride in their work. Absolutely the best staff ever! They are friendly, very knowledgeable, and are VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SATISFACTION AND HAPPINESS OF THEIR PATIENTS! It isn't fun going to the dentist but Aspen in Simpsonville makes your experience easy! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
