Every one i have delt with here have been beyond amazing! Very friendly, very knowledgeable amd very parient. I finally dont mind going to the dentist!
Well I have to be very honest even though it's sum what embarrassing. I've always been extremely afraid of "dentist" in every aspect so my 1st visit to began my process I was super frightened so much so I worked myself into a mess! The doctor & his assistant (Dr.Shingala & Stephanie) WERE AWESOME SUPER PATIENT AND TENDER WITH ME HELPED ME REMAIN CALM AND AT THE END I WAS A OKAY! I appreciate them NOT treating me like a another dollar but instead a real person w/a true fear which they acknowledged! Thank u very much
I am so glad to have found aspen dental I went to 2 other dentist in the area and was so disappointed that I almost gave up then found Aspen and it's been the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. thank you Kim who took special care of me and always make me feel welcome
The billing was rather confusing. My regular bill was over $10,198, however the final invoice ended up $5,538! This is tremendous price difference. With that said, I felt I needed to find out more about pricing structure, so I had a consultation with another company. Their pricing was a thousand dollars less with the top of the line dentures due to the fact of using implants in the future! And this is before any insurance coverage. I took my Mom to the NEwburgh office and she was nervous because she had not been to a dentist in about 20 years, the staff was so helpful and kind. The dentist made her feel comfortable and treated her very kindly. Thank you to you alll
This is the second time that Tim the lab tech has remade a partial for me done at another office. I have had issues with fit and Tim has made two extremely well fit partials for me. I can finally enjoy more difficult foods because they are no longer flopping around in my mouth. Everyone in the office has been great, Julie the office manager has been an awesome help. Thank you all so much!
I had a very positive experience at this office. Everyone was super nice and professional. I want to thank LeRoy for the wonderful job he did on my dentures. I've not had any problem with them unlike my other experience with a competitors office that went out of business. Thank-you all for doing the wonderful job that you do and I would highly recommend you.
I came in with extreme tooth pain everyone in the office was beyond kind. Especially the office manager....she was a lovely person and treated me with nothing but kindness and i was in the most pain ive ever felt in my life.
