Friendly and kind staff. They offer payment plans. The staff helps keep you calm when nervous about procedures and talks you through them. This place is first one I've been to where the dentist is actually kind and makes sure you're comfortable. They love when you ask questions and the staff gather together to make sure you have all your answers before you leave the facility.
This ...place is PHENOMONAL!....The staff is extremely attentive, friendly, knowledgeanble, and provide an outstanding experience for their patients...I had some trepidation regarding my procedure and was a wee bit antsy, as the staff assured me that I was making it up in my mind :-)...After I was done ( and it was extensive work), I awoke to absolutely no pain and minimal discomfort, which were my biggest concerns....I am home a few hours later and cant stop looking at the life changing work they've done and what it means t... read more
My visit with Aspen on yesterday was nothing short of amazing. From the time I walked through the door it was beyond pleasant. The staff is great and Dr. Sidel and Marquita truly helped me a great deal. I look forward to getting my picture perfect smile!!

I had to take my folks there. They are having some issues with their dentures. Dad is 87 and had his dentures for 52 years. My mom is 80 and has a plate and a partial for 30 some years. Aspen Dental treated them very well and their prices are better then reasonable. if you still have difficulty with the bill they can set up a payment plan. I highly recommend them.

5 STARS This was my first time there and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The dentist, the receptionist, the dental techs, and the office manager. Definitely a positive experience.

I had my initial visit Monday. Everyone was very friendly. The young lady that took my xrays and scans was EXCELLENT!! I have issues with the xrays, she was patient and very caring. I have to have 3 crowns put on, and I'm not petrified like I would normally be. They make you feel safe and at ease.

I read other reviews and decided to make an appt which to my surprise was the very next day which was great! From the lady I spoke with to make the appt, to the ladies at the desk, to the hygienist, the dentist etc, everyone was very pleasant and very professional. It did not feel like a typical dentist visit which was a good thing. I'm glad I decided to make the appointment. Thank you Aspen Dental for making my experience a good one!
