Thanks to Dr. Sharma and the Aspen Dental staff for their fast, efficient and caring service I received during an emergency visit. Called one day and had my tooth evaluated and pulled the next. Will be makng this office my regular for all my dental care. State of the art!

This place is clean, up to date equipment, you can watch tv while sitting in the chair waiting on the Doctor! Then he puts your X-ray 's up on the tv to show results and explain what is going on with the teeth! Everyone is over friendly and very caring! Would recommend them highly!Excellent turn around on Dentures, they have their own LAB ON SITE!!! 😊😊😊

I have several issues. 1. The girls that answer the phone sound like they just woke up from a nap. 2. I had two sets of partials done. First set were temporary of which I asked for continual adjustments. I could not wear them because my mouth is small and the partials were too big. I went months without wearing them. I received a partial credit of $600, but I should have received a full credit. 3. I’m asked to pay without an explanation of what I’m paying for, and not given a receipt. 4. The front desk girl was extremely rude, stayed on a phone call while my husband stood waiting, 15 min. After his scheduled appt.she could of at least Acknowledged him politely and SAY I’ll be right with you. But ignored him. We will not be returning.

first thing they can do is not bill you for x-rays when they can just simply get a copy of them from your previous dentist they could also return phone calls and the office manager could stand to learn customer service and not be so rude and hang up on somebody

I was trained as a dental assistant. I went to school for it. I graduated from it and worked as one. So I do know what the eff I am talking about. When the dental office does a periodontal probe, you do not JAM the probe tool between the gums and tooth so as to cause severe pain every probe, stabbing the gums along the way. It is to be gently used to measure gum decay. You push in the probe between the tooth and gum until it stops.
