Need a new finance lady that doesn't trick a senior citizen into giving words of hope for a smile, I paid an Uber 122$ to get 94 miles one way on ss check for her to deny me after not one consecutive of conversations of my finances an said that Aspen had me just get there, I explained to her I couldn't afford the Uber fees for them to say no when I got there, she absolutely assured me, now I realize it's not about the smile at Aspen, IT'S THE MIGHTY DOLLAR, So what if your on ss just pay up here ol lady, DECEITFUL

Just save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else.
I was scheduled a emergency appointment for Saturday November 16th at 12:45. This would have been my very first appointment with aspen dental. I took off work to make this appointment.. I am in serious pain due to this tooth pain.. I called in on November 15 to make this appointment.. I get to aspen dental on Merritt Blvd at 12:15 and the building is closed. Worse experience ever. Not transparent about billing. Sherri is like a used car salesman, lies by omission. Preys on the vulnerable.
Where do we start! This might sound exaggerated but these comments are true: Initially when we called the professionalism was there! Every question we asked was answered. Our first appoint was met with a very friendly & caring staff (we've not seen this type of caring/service for a long time). Our x-ray tec, and attending doctor quieted our concerns and gave us a complete plan to regain our dental health. All we can say Aspen in Dundalk is a plus PLUS! The Dailey's.
