Everyone at this office is wonderful, so nice and make you feel at ease, they explain everything in detail and do a great job. The front desk people are friendly and all the dentist and assistants are awesome especially Lindsey!

I absolutely love, love, loved this place. I made my appearance online in pain at 2am! It was quick & easy! I received a call early Morning from front desk clerk! I was surprised people aren't usually so friendly early in the am. But I scheduled a late appointment I went in from the time I approached the desk I seen nothing but smiling faces. I recently went to this office since I have been long overdue for an exam and cleaning due to the pandemic. I was also interested in getting my teeth bleached in which they offer zoom whitening. Dr. Choi and her staff were very knowledgeable in explaining everything. I felt cared for and I never felt more comfortable at a dental office. I was able to get my cleaning done today and I can't wait to finish the rest of my treatment plan!

Apparently they close 2 hours early on tuesdays but will still allow you to make an online that day! That way you can waste your time driving up there. The receptionist was flat out rude and highly unprofessional about the whole thing.! Not to mention they had a big "WALK INS" sign on the door so I couldn't only imagine if I was a walk in.

In August 2023, I began treatment with Aspen Dental and financed $6,978.45 through CareCredit. Part of my treatment plan included clear aligner treatment. I was informed that my final tooth extraction needed to be completed by an outside oral surgeon because the office did not have a surgeon who could perform the procedure. My understanding was that I would be referred to a specialist and then return to begin my aligner treatment. That did not happen.
