I had been to Aspen dental a few times. Trusted them and paid a lot of money to have my teeth "deep" cleaned and few other supposedly necessary treatments. Came back for my next cleaning and was told I had periodontal disease and would need to come every 3 months and pay about $120 each time for the rest of my life. I left and found me a new dentist. No periodontal disease, no issues what so ever! Do not trust Aspen dental in Burleson. They are crooks.

I'm having emergency surgery tomorrow and Aspen Dental won't grant me my X-rays for 7-14 business days. They waited to tell me this after I drove up to their office (in pain), because they wouldn't even allow me to ask for my X-rays over the phone. One of many stories I have from my experience!

They bill for care that is covered by insurance, going round and round until I have to call the insurance and together call Aspen and settle with the new office manager and all is good after several calls. This office has bad customer service. 4 people were waiting at the door 10 til 8 for their appointment. The staff did not open the doors until 8:06. I did not get checked in until 8:12 for an 8 o'clock appointment. Then they say you owe money ... Customer service is a 1 star.

My husband went in for dentures and paid for the most expensive ones. They have broken 4 times now. Fixed one pair and made 3 more and still broke again

This place will trick you and overcharge you for everything! A simple cleaning that is covered by your insurance will cost you a ton. Their excuse for EVERYTHING is "your insurance didn't cover it". Which is nuts because every place that I have been to has been covered by my insurance. Would never recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Absolutely the worst place to schedule oral surgery. I have tricare, and so made an appt with their oral surgeon that took tricare. My appt was then changed (date and different branch of aspen dental) because it was the wrong dr who didn't take my insurance. Then it was rescheduled (date and the location again) the day before because there weren't enough patients to justify driving in the day before thanksgiving. DONT SCHEDULE BEFORE A HOLIDAY THEN. They charged us for something that was never discussed to be purchased. When me and my husband got our treatment plan. We both have $135.00 oral b genius electric brush. Again something that wasn't even discussed with us. This is financial trust issue. Thank god I actually went over the treatment plan unlike my husband and I pointed out the charges to Alexis and and she took care of it. But they just didn't care.
