They charged us for something that was never discussed to be purchased. When me and my husband got our treatment plan. We both have $135.00 oral b genius electric brush. Again something that wasn't even discussed with us. This is financial trust issue. Thank god I actually went over the treatment plan unlike my husband and I pointed out the charges to Alexis and and she took care of it. But they just didn't care.
