They are absolutely terrible! They advertise: dentures within days. It took a year. The top denture broke and the lab technician said that what I received was a temporary denture. But it was what they gave me and wouldn't change my warranty date. They did give me another denture. Within a few weeks a tooth fell out of my bottom partial. I came in for my appointment and they told me the tech wasn't there for another ten days. No apologies or anything. Bad customer service and bad product and service! Payed for a dental cleaning & wisdom tooth removal . I was out on a care credit to help do monthly payments. But what has bothered me is that they NEVER reached back out to me with the surgical referral to get the last wisdom tooth removed . They also took moldings of my teeth but can't start that until I get the last wisdom tooth removal. Also it's been over a year since they've taken them out. I DO NOT recommend Aspen Dental. Very unsatisfactory work. They talked me into a lot of work very quickly. Very poor communication between the dentist and myself. I was told my 2nd bridge would be ready on a certain day. Not so. Hadn't even been started. Very unhappy with this team. Tried to have me come in every 3 months for cleaning. I wish I would have never entered their doors. I am definitely going back to my former dentist. Very costly mistake for me.

I got the "best " dentures, they have broken twice in about a year. good thing I had some backup bc it takes a act of god to get some made, bc every time I've gone in they can't repair them so they have to make new ones. never once did they ask me if I had other teeth so I could eat! I'm not one who can eat without them so I don't understand how they expected me to eat ? they cancelled 2 appointments in a month with the last one which I was a few miles (out of 42 1 way ) from the facility! They promise you the world but once you pay your nothing to them. Wish I had never gone to Aspen Dental. My dentures are ill fitting and uncomfortable. They told me to be patient, that I had to give my gums a chance to mold to them, and they would do everything including remarking them if I wasn't happy. They LIED. I have complained but they say since the suction works, they won't do anything. I do not recommend this facility- only as a last resort if there are no other choices. My visit lasted 5 hours. I visited because they consider themselves an emergency dentist on a weekday morning. My dentist has placed a temporary crown which began causing me pain. He traveled out of the state so I was unable to see him. My insurance is excellent so many options were available to Aspen Dental. I went to aspen dental for an emergency tooth extract, I was scheduled for 6:00 pm, three hours later I was still there (with pain) after X-RAYS where taken and the doctor looked at them, I was told that the so called doctor was going to pull four teeth, I just had one that was causing the pain and he wanted to drag it out for ever. after all the BS, they wanted to charge me $11,000. I had been to Aspen dental a few times. Trusted them and paid a lot of money to have my teeth "deep" cleaned and few other supposedly necessary treatments. Came back for my next cleaning and was told I had periodontal disease and would need to come every 3 months and pay about $120 each time for the rest of my life. I left and found me a new dentist. No periodontal disease, no issues what so ever! Do not trust Aspen dental in Burleson. They are crooks.

I'm having emergency surgery tomorrow and Aspen Dental won't grant me my X-rays for 7-14 business days. They waited to tell me this after I drove up to their office (in pain), because they wouldn't even allow me to ask for my X-rays over the phone. One of many stories I have from my experience!
