Yelp has always been known for people to give bad ratings and of course I want to break this here as I had such an amazing experience. I just want to say that this dental practice is exceptional! The staff is friendly. The dentist is a female and is extremely caring and compassionate. I am unbelievably satisfied with the entire office service and treatment and I highly recommend. This dental office has very good service. New patients can come in as walk ins for free first exam. Dr. Ace is thorough and gentle. The staff is friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with the dental work and service.

We had a great experience AT THE BEGINNING. Everybody was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and the office was impressively high-tech. A YEAR has passed and the first impression has MORE THAN worn off. Multiple surprise billing which required many follow up phone calls. The first surprise bill of $800 they worked with me and they did a discounted to a degree. But this was after I was assured that my insurance would be no problem. Well, it became a real problem! Contacte AD for repair of a broken partial. I was told that would be n problem and I scheduled an appointment for the repair. The following day, I was contacted and told that they would only repair a partial made by them BUT they would repair my partial IF I have one made by them.

Run, don't walk, away from Aspen Dental clinics. I feel like I've dodged a bullet after cancelling my Aspen appointment. I had a tooth break and looked into emergency dentists near me first thing. This was scary as I haven't seen a dentist in 8 years. (I think telling them this was a mistake.) I got my free exam and x-rays done by a very inexperienced tech who didn't get much help. Money hungry and time consuming. The care team mentioned to me that the first appointment would consist of x-rays/check-up and that they wouldn't be able to do a cleaning until a 2nd appointment. I was okay with this until my terrible experience at my first appointment. I realized then that more appointments = more money. In my appointment I did 3 sets of x-rays (3 different rooms, 3 different machines) with a dental assistant, met with a dental hygienist, and THEN met the dentist.
