If I could give this dentist zero stars, that is what I would have rated her. My daughter went in to discuss options for veneers and/or caps for her front teeth. The agreement was that they would do porcelain veneers. When she arrived she was told they wanted to do chairside veneers which is actually a resin procedure that Dr. Ace freehand painted on the eight front teeth on top and six on the bottom. This place is an absolute disaster. My mom had an appointment to have her dentures fixed but she waited 45 mins to even be seen. They said they would be ready in 1.5 hours. They called 2 hours later to say they would be ready the next day. When we were finally able to pick them up we went to the office which was open other customers were there waiting but there was no staff and no one was answering the phone. I just moved here, and was looking for a new dentist. I just got done with a twin pregnancy, so my mouth was in dire need of some help. I had two cavities and a root canal that needed to be done. First they told me I was going to get a root canal, then, when I came in to fill my two cavities, they said they were doing my crown (which they then told me they were doing instead of my root canal).
