I would like to say that everyone there was super nice to me. Unfortunately, they didn't listen to my needs at all. I went in for a small denture repair and before I knew it, they had me talked into a full set of dentures.... Oh, your Medicare will pay it all!! That's all well and good for them but for me it's been torture. My mouth has hurt more in the last month than it has in 10 years. I'm wearing my original dentures, without pain, and wishing I could just give this new set back.

My wife started here as a new patient 2 months ago. She likes her previous dentist, but he is out of network for our insurance. First appointment was canceled unbeknownst to her. She drove over there on a very frigid afternoon just to find out that the dentist was not able to get there from north Denver. She had not received a text or phone call even though they told her they texted and called. They apologized. My wife rescheduled for the following week. She received the full x-rays. The dentist here "Ace" is so bad at what she does. I had dark spots on my molars and was told I'd need 2 fillings and a mouth guard. When I went back for the fillings I inquired about where they were and she told me which molars and looked at them and magically the dark spots were gone. It was FOOD. It would be impossible to describe how horrible and unprofessional Aspen Dental is, more specifically Dr. Assadoghi. It disgracis all doctors on the planet to even call her a doctor. This is a brutal unprofessional clown who's license should be revoked. I'd sooner have a jackhammer operator work on me. Which dentist office have you ever been to that thinks its ok to have a dog roaming around inside? That was my first impression. Then after that, the dentist said I needed a deep cleaning and it would cost me $2000! I went to another dental office and it cost me $75 to do the cleaning. If I could give this dentist zero stars, that is what I would have rated her. My daughter went in to discuss options for veneers and/or caps for her front teeth. The agreement was that they would do porcelain veneers. When she arrived she was told they wanted to do chairside veneers which is actually a resin procedure that Dr. Ace freehand painted on the eight front teeth on top and six on the bottom. This place is an absolute disaster. My mom had an appointment to have her dentures fixed but she waited 45 mins to even be seen. They said they would be ready in 1.5 hours. They called 2 hours later to say they would be ready the next day. When we were finally able to pick them up we went to the office which was open other customers were there waiting but there was no staff and no one was answering the phone. I just moved here, and was looking for a new dentist. I just got done with a twin pregnancy, so my mouth was in dire need of some help. I had two cavities and a root canal that needed to be done. First they told me I was going to get a root canal, then, when I came in to fill my two cavities, they said they were doing my crown (which they then told me they were doing instead of my root canal).
