I had such a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They made me feel comfortable right away and went above and beyond to explain everything clearly. The staff was incredibly professional, the office was spotless, and the whole visit was smooth and efficient. I felt like they truly cared about my comfort and dental health. I’m honestly impressed and so grateful for the outstanding service. Highly, highly recommended!
Aspen Dental in Green Valley exceeded all my expectations. Having come from overseas I was nervous to attend a dental surgery. From the very first visit I was welcomed and put at ease. When I called to make an appointment for my son, I was amazed at how fast he could be seen. When we got there for his appointment everything went really smooth. They did X-rays and then a scan which you could see right on the TV. The higenise came in and examined him and spoke about his higene. The Dr came in last and did her examination and went over all the details of what she observed. Overall it was a very professional visit and they have all kind of payment options as well. Definitely would recommend!!!
I scheduled for an evaluation after not seeing a dentist for 12 years. Aspen Dental was absolutely amazing with scheduling, check in and exams. Was greeted with a warm welcome, very little paperwork. My exams included a full wraparound X-ray then single X-rays. They also did a full scan that showed your teeth in a 3d picture. Went in with a terrible toothache. Had a dental exam, 2 sets of x-rays. No tarter build-up, but deep cleaning advised. Dentist came in and addressed the fact that I might need an extraction and an implant. Cost of 4-5 k. Met with office manager and that was my opinion. Not once did anyone address my pain or if and when it would go away or any type of medication or treatment. I have since seen other dentist and have had my problems addressed. Don't recommend them unless you have money to waste.
