Amazing staff that is very kind and welcoming. I wasn’t left in a room waiting for extended periods of time like other places. They were very prompt and excellent about explaining everything to a degree that I would understand. Would highly recommend Aspen Dental Green Valley location!
I went to Aspen Dental on April 28, 2024 and was promised that my insurance would be billed on Monday. The total bill was $232 which I paid $100 leaving a balace of $132. Aspen dental said they would submit it to my insurance and would bill me what the insurance didn't pay. They never billed the insurance and all I get is past due invoices. It is hard to find a dentist that would help someone from the beginning to end Dental Care is very expensive and where I choose to go get it I appreciate the thoroughness and how welcome I felt. I spoke to a hygienist I spoke to a dentist they did ton of x-rays they asked me what my final goal is to accomplish it was perfect and they gave me a very clear and direct picture and treatment plan that I can approach step by step so it will be so hard on my finance I really appreciate this place to start off it was extremely helpf... read more
I went in to see if it was time for me to have dentures. They performed an exam and gave me all of my options. Ultimately it was decided that a less intrusive course of action was appropriate. I was treated with great respect and professionalism. I know that I have found the dental office for all of our needs. I am extremely happy, and grateful, for everything they did for me.
My husband had a cavity filled and said the experience was good. He had expected to get the tooth pulled, but is glad the dentist decided to fill it. Anthony and everyone at Aspen Dental Green Valley are professional, pleasant and helpful.
