My experience was a good one. I went to my appt not knowing what be done for my broken crown. I had a full exam and customer service was comfortable and knowledgeable...the down side was the amount of work ahead . I am anxious to have a pretty smile again😁
Staff was great , manager was great . But dentist removed 2 of my wisdom teeth and didn't prescribe me any pain meds been suffering in pain for 6 days plus the 3 days before I went in . Dont understand the thought process of her , just told me to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol at the same time.
It’s always a challenge finding providers when relocating; sure glad I called Aspen Dental! I’m a horrible dental patient usually, but the whole staff made me feel comfortable and happy to be there!! Was provided with a complete, comprehensive exam and the plan presented to me was as expected, covering the areas necessary to keep my smile for years to come! I was given a very comprehensive new patient appointment. All the staff were efficient and professional. The office is very modern and high tech. There was a tv in the exam room so I could see the tests and X-rays that were taken. The dentist, hygienist and account manager spent lots of time with me and explained everything well.
This place is amazing!! Scheduled an emergency visit online the night before. Showed up and was called right back. The team did an incredible job of making me comfortable and explaining everything!
