The staff was very helpful and respectful. The only issue, which was a minor one, was that I had a difficult time hearing what the dentist was saying to me. She had a very soft voice and was wearing a mask during the consultation, and as I have some minor hearing loss, I was not able to fully understand what I was being told about an issue which needed a referral to a specialist. My experience was a good one. I went to my appt not knowing what be done for my broken crown. I had a full exam and customer service was comfortable and knowledgeable...the down side was the amount of work ahead . I am anxious to have a pretty smile again😁
Very professional and thorough. Very kind doctor and her assistant was really sweet as well. I really appreciated the office managers way of going through the payment options.
If you go in for a cleaning- they will not do it. They wasted 2 hours of my time, doing an exam then refused to do a cleaning unless i paid an extra $300-$500 for a special gingivitis cleaning. I do not have gingivitis, which was confirmed by another dentist after dealing with the crap here! Even my insurance thought there was something fishy here because I have no record of anything close to gingivitis. They also said I shouldn’t have to pay more than $80 out of pocket, even if I were to move forward with the deep cleaning.... read more
We booked an appointment for replacement dentures based on their $299 per arch advertised price. They just tried to sell us $18,000 worth of "work" to rebuild bone and place implants on a man that has had full dentures for 20 years. Why?! "They can't make him replacement dentures without all the work" Seems shady bait and switch like behavior. He has dentures just wants replacement plates.
