I was given a very comprehensive new patient appointment. All the staff were efficient and professional. The office is very modern and high tech. There was a tv in the exam room so I could see the tests and X-rays that were taken. The dentist, hygienist and account manager spent lots of time with me and explained everything well.
Entire staff is awesome- from receptionist to hygienist to finance to Dr. Devaki are professional, compassionate and listened to my concerns and needs. She gave me my smile back and I'm smiling again. Many thanks to the Sahuarita Aspen Dental team!
We booked an appointment for replacement dentures based on their $299 per arch advertised price. They just tried to sell us $18,000 worth of "work" to rebuild bone and place implants on a man that has had full dentures for 20 years. Why?! "They can't make him replacement dentures without all the work" Seems shady bait and switch like behavior. He has dentures just wants replacement plates. Staff was great , manager was great . But dentist removed 2 of my wisdom teeth and didn't prescribe me any pain meds been suffering in pain for 6 days plus the 3 days before I went in . Dont understand the thought process of her , just told me to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol at the same time.
It’s always a challenge finding providers when relocating; sure glad I called Aspen Dental! I’m a horrible dental patient usually, but the whole staff made me feel comfortable and happy to be there!! Was provided with a complete, comprehensive exam and the plan presented to me was as expected, covering the areas necessary to keep my smile for years to come!
