The nicest people that I have ever been around in a business every thing detailed and very professional presented to me. The staff made you feel like family. Looking forward to next visit. And I hate going to Dentist from bad experience as a child.
Everyone at Aspen dental is so friendly and helpful and they make you feel comfortable no matter what you dental needs may be.
My son had accidently thrown my dentures away during a hospital stay. While I was in rehabilitation, he called your office, told his story and you guys worked us into your fully booked schedule. When we showed up, your staff had us in the back in minutes, X-rayed, and covered in blankets to keep me warm. Wonderful staff and knowledgeable clinicians are what make this office stand out. I was even able to make an appointment online and had a short wait time. The office is clean and very comfortable. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone with teeth!
I thought the dental hygenist and the person doing the dental x-rays were wonderful. I felt my anxiety go away talking with them. The dentist was also great! Bonus points for the television while waiting in the dental chair! The only problem I had during my visit was the main receptionist has no clue what she is doing. Please train her on customer service. I work in the insurance industry, as a courtesy to customers...ask for the id and insurance when customers walk in, and make a copy. The staff was very nice and were so helpful with my infant! The information provided during the appointment to improve my dental health was detailed and concise so that I fully understood how to improve my teeth health. The physician was friendly and had a great sense of humor, making me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this office.
