I made an appointment for my six month cleaning, I had never been but my dentist was no longer covered by my new insurance. It was close to work and seemed like they might be reputable but after getting there they attempted scare tactics to convince me to purchase unnecessary services. Highway Robbery! They bait you with good prices and then tell you that you need other services BEFORE they can even fix your initial problem! Be careful!

I had a bad experience with the front desk staff. Will not be back.
I love the Lady Dentist and all of the staff is good EXCEPT for the lady at the front desk with light brown hair and blue eyes. (off HWY 70) She is hateful and moody and had I listen to her I would have paid out over 400.00 more then I already paid. She got me so upset I cried and to end it all I was correct in the fact that I had made my 3 payments and didn't owe anymore money. I went into get am Implant-Dr Brown and Jenifer Morison dropped the ball-pain and suffering, for no services rendered-asked for full refund, instead gave me credit to use for a place a never intend on going back to-Refunds are useless if you donot plan to go back- No IMPLANT =NO PAYMENT OR REFUND- I pain $1956 for nothing, I demand my refund-Lets do a story on 60 minutes next!!!!

Where to begin... I very rarely ever give any type of negative review, but my visit to Aspen was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I've never had a negative experience when it comes to dentist, but the practices in which Aspen dental engages in left me questioning the integrity of the dental Service.
