I haven't met any staff member that I didn't immediately like - very patient oriented ..... or maybe that should be patience oriented - I've not had a bad experience and do not expect one. I was really reluctant because I didn't think cheaper could be better .... Glad I was proved wrong ....
Worst business model ever. I had an appointment for 4pm. They called and asked if I could come in early. I did. Yet after x-rays and an exam, they left me waiting in a patient room for over an hour with me thinking I'd have my cleaning. Oh no! You have to schedule the cleaning for another day. I have never been to a dentist that doesn't complete your cleaning on the same visit. I will never go to an Aspen Dental again and I'll be sure that everyone knows how unprofessional and ridiculous their patients care is.
Everyone here is extremely nice however the patient rooms are not private , cost without insurance is a bit outrageous, & there scheduling is messed up . I asked the office person multiple times yesterday to confirm my appointment for 7am this morning & she said that's when it was . well here I am sitting for 2 hours because I drive 45 minutes just to come to them & they don't even open until 9.
Again I neended immediate care and what Turing Not to turned down,,,,,,,
I've had problems with dentures in the past and they were able to assure me that they can make a pair that actually fit.
Rip off billed me 2-3 times for the same service. Stockpiles various charges on my bill.. What do I look like paying 130.00 for a toothbrush.. I make 7.25 per hour/ they told me my bill is 9,000 dollars. Rip off
They over charged me and kept my money never again. And hung up the phone in my face and wouldn't give me her name so I can call corporate.
Too long of a wait and extremely overpriced. Spent over 90 minutes. And never got my teeth cleaned which is all that I needed/wanted. Horrible
