Cindy lied about being office manager according to Myasia. Myasia refuses to give her name, even in a standard phone greeting. My fiance hasn't had dentures in over 2 years because they lost track of them and had to be redone. No one calls you back. Myasia refused to make appt for Friday when dentures should be ready on Thursday. HE'S BEEN WAITING 2 FREAKING YEARS!!!!
started teeth processing August of 21have had immediate till now. trying to get my permanent dentures and I am still getting the run a round it doesn't take 3 weeks to process dentures once these are finished I will never go back

I. have never been so disrespected in my entire life the way I not only saw someone else treated but then myself too. The front staff lady “Cindy” was awful. After an hour wait for my apt. she proceeded to tell me to just leave. Nobody cared. After a few additional back and forth words she then called me a bitch. It was surreal. I liked the treatment plan, however, they want you to purchase temporary dentures and then permanent dentures. Insurance only pays for one set of dentures every 5 years. In addition, unwilling to do a filling unless you do an expensive scaling instead of a regular cleaning. Bit of a scam.

If you’re thinking about using Aspen dental in Abingdon, don’t! They don’t answer their phone calls, I’ve been trying to get my dad dentures for two months from them, the guy hasn’t even started working on the dentures. Meanwhile, my dad has Not been able to eat solid food for two months. You’re in there for at least two hours every time you make an appointment, they are absolutely unhelpful and very rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, save yourself the drama and time.

I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the lobby for my appointment. My appointment was for 1:45 and I didn’t go back until 3:30 or so. I was very upset so I said something to the receptionist and I was told two conflicting stories. One was the were cleaning the X-ray room and the later I was told that the machine was down. Both were lies! Not a good practice your running. No one even told me what the problem was until I said something twice! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

they tried pulling mouth full of teeth without sedation plus fitted her for temporary dentures that r to big for her mouth like horse teeth but they act like everything is supposed to be ok Yea ok!
