STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! I got a root canal and a crown from here. It failed within a month and the office refused to fix it and refused to give me my money back. Insurance wont cover the same procedure on the same tooth twice. Dr. Williams and his team are scumbags!!!! GO ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This is a participating provider with my Dental Insurance. Our dental insurance gave us pricing on how much we would have to pay out of pocket for my husband to have a crown and a root canal. The crown would be $744 and root canal would be $755 . Aspen Dental informed my husband it would $5000 for a root canal and $900 for the crown and then proceeded to tell him they didnt want to do the procedure and wanted to refer him else where . NEGATIVE-5 stars!!!! 🤬Since they have removed the feature so you can’t rate them Absolutely awful experience!!!!! Went in for tooth pain. 40 minutes or xrays and saw the dentist for less than 5 min. He asked me which tooth was bothering me and I told him and then he proceeded to ask me if I was sure it was that one and not a different one? Really? I know where I’m feeling my pain. Everyone includeding dentists are very nice but I have had nothing but problems with everything they have done. When they open this morning I have to try and try to get an appointment for the excruciating pain I’m in right now. This will be my FIFTH visit for the same problem that was supposed to have been fixed in two. It’s only a crown. 😖

After a very pleasant interaction with the doctor and hygienist where we go over exactly what I need after not being to a dentist in 10 + years, they try to sell me on $2500 worth of unnecessary items while still promising to get everything handled in the same visit. After asking 4 times to see line by line what they are trying to charge me, I discovered multiple items I didnt need... like a $300 toothbrush. Only go here if you want high pressure sales. They will do everything possible to get every penny out of your insurance and not fix the problem. I went in with a severe toothache and all they did was try and sell me cleaning treatments and toothbrushes. One and a half hours later i had 15 X-rays and a 360 degree scam, and two ladies debating if I had braces or not. Not once did they seem concerned with the amount of pain I was in. Thank god my regular dentist was open the following day.
I called Aspen Dental to see if they accepted my dental insurance, they confirmed and i set up an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and to have X-rays done. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in little over 8 months. I waited 45 minutes to get called back. Once I was called back they did the X-rays quickly then sat me down in the chair. 2 nice ladies walked in and checked out my teeth and they said the dentist will be in soon.
