I would not recommend this place. It says emergency walk-in welcome. I went in there due to the fact I broke a back tooth. I do not have dental insurance. I would’ve paid for the tooth to be removed. we cannot see you because we need a referral from your dentist and that you remove your tooth. I’m 51 years old. I think I’m capable, knowing if I’d like to remove my tooth. And I explained this to the lady at the desk she says no we cannot see you . RecommendedWorse dental office I’ve ever come in contact with. They charge you the co-pay they WANT you to pay, not what your insurance tells them. Then try getting that money back after insurance settles. Phones haven’t worked correctly for months this year. They always say, “I’ll talk to the Dr and call you back” (just to get an appt) and they never call you back. I booked an appointment over a month ago and have patiently waited to have my issues looked at and dealt with. This office waited over a month to let me know that they didn’t even take Saturday appointments and I had to reschedule. A WHOLE MONTH. And then they tell me their only resolution is to put me on a “cancellation list”. HORRIBLE customer service.

they do not care about you after they get their money.i have be5 in discomfort since oct 25 and they refuse to see me.put me on a cancellation list a month ago they advertise that you can walk in and get a simple adjustment or new dentures but it's a bald faced lie.never recommend them to my worst enemy?

The staff are friendly and it's a clean place in Aiken, SC. What I'm concerned about is the charges and bill amounts I'm being quoted as my responsibility. They don't match the EOBs from my dental insurance. In addition, the charges I am being quoted as my responsibility keep changing. No one there is explaining why. I'm really concerned that overcharging is being done either accidentally or on purpose. I need to finish my dental work but I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. I spent 2 hours on X-ray and consultations, then another 40 minutes just to be told, “okay, we can clean your teeth now”. Danielle was very painful, felt like a root canal instead of cleaning, no tact, gentleness, or professional courtesy. She should have been an auto mechanic instead. The one person who was nice was Kristoff, he at least kept checking on me to say he’s sorry for the wait. That dentist has 12 rooms and he’s the only doctor there; talk about being greedy!
