The X-rays were painful and there were a lot of them. The mouth piece was too big and brought tears to my eyes every time hurting my mouth when I had to bite down. I was there for 2 hours in a freezing cold examination room afterwards waiting to see the only dentist there. When I asked if I could go out to my car for a jacket I was told I would loose my appointment. I was however provided with a lab coat. Lovely, lovely, staff. Knowledgeable, informative, professional, and friendly. Horrid time management. I was told my appointment was at 5:30. But dentist says it was 6. I've been here since 5:30, had to have numbing meds twice because it took too long for dentist to come back to do the filling while I was numb. Dentist spread too thin. It is after 7, still no filling. Left at 7:20. I would not recommend coming here if you are on a schedule. I will be back because they were apologetic and it was sincere.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! VERY RUDE STAFF! PLEASE BEWARE!!!
The office manager Ashley told me they were doing one procedure and ended up doing something completely different. Mia in the front office hung up on me when I called and was extremely rude. And it took then over 2 hours to do a simple filling and over an hour to pull a tooth. Did I mention I was the first patient of the day with an 8am appt and didnt get called back til after 8:30??? Will NOT be going back or ever recommend them to anyone!!
Dr.Logan Nalley hurt my lip very badly while doing a filling and because I was numbed I only noticed when I got home.I called back but they had already closed.When I went and complained to him asking why he didn't tell me that I was hurt ,he classified me a dangerous patient and he discontinued my treatment plan and told me to go elsewhere. they promised to refund my money that I had paid for the entire treatment but so far nothing has been refunded. I had 10 pictures taken as evidence and I am willing to share them.
You must confirm an appointment the day before and again the day of your appointment, whenever they happen to call you, or they will cancel it. The 18 painful X-Rays were too many. The dentist and dental assistant were great once I finally saw them. I would rate them 5 alone, but I am rating the entire practice.
