Had an appointment this morning at 8:00 AM. Arrived at the office at 7:20 and proceeded to wait till 8:25. No office personnel or dentist showed.
Office manager sucks they lost my insurance info.They are expensive
I had the very best experience at Aspen Dental in Aiken, S.C. I was treated with such kindness and respect as soon as I walked in the door. Their professionalism is beyond words. I was not rushed at all Special thanks to Ashlee, Kristin and of course Dr Nallie who was so very patient with me The lady at the front desk is awesome Thanks to all for your guidance, and most of all for your efficiency, kindness, and time. Wish there was a no star option. NEVER GO HERE! OFFICE MANAGER ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY THEY MAKE OFF OF YOU!
Do not go to this place they come up with outrageous prices for stuff u don’t even need. The office manager is awful as hell. When you don’t go along with their plan they turn on you. Always get a second opinion if something doesn’t seem right.....Glad I had the right mind to get a second opinion. Two thumbs down ��!!
Poor Customer service .Tried making a follow up appointment could not get anyone on the phone they just can't put me on hold .I have insurance and they kept giving me outrageous prices that I have to pay out of pocket and different amounts from over $1000 to $400

Aspen Dental, to me was very helpful, I am a CATCH 22 person, allergic to all CAINE LINE of medicines for shots for dental and nitrous oxide gas, and cannot be sedated, though, they could do nothing when I had my appointment, which I have a rare heart birth defect, the dentist did conference with me, and I suggested why can't a block,like an epideral be done, like when my mother-in-law had leg surgery, they blocked it numb from the knee down to the foot to remove old pins that were jutting our of her ankle, and not putting h... read more

I had a appointment scheduled for 10 am and arrived a little early and they took me right away I have neglected me dental care for the better part of 30 years and they were very thoughtful and gave me a complete dental exam with x-rays, the molds for my temporary dentures explained what they found and my course of treatment the extraction of my remaining teeth and follow up care I was very impressed with the staff and the dentist and with the way they worked to help it be made a fordable for me to get very needed dental work... read more
