They are the best they did my husband teeth� an I will be visiting them myself.
Aspen Dental is staffed by absolutely wonderful people, who are all extremely friendly and helpful. They explained the treatment options to me, pricing, and helped with figuring out what my payment would be after insurance. The in house financing is a great option for being able to receive dental care most would not otherwise be able to afford. I highly recommend them.

My husband had an appointment with them to get his teeth cleaned and a care plan outline. Once scheduled there was always an issue with his appointment timing and never could get in touch with them to reschedule even after paying in full. Now you can’t get in touch with them to get money paid for services not given refunded.

Me and my 81 year old mother made an appointment at Aspen. Our appointments were an hour apart on April 4th 2023. I drove us from 35 mi away and got there 30 mns early only for the secretary to tell me that their computer automatically cancelled our appointments because they were not confirmed by us. I pulled up the emails sent to us from Aspen welcoming us for our first visit. There was no request for confirmation or we didn't get a phone call either. RecommendedMy temp denture has broken 8 times in 7 months. All they do is glue it back together and tell me not to eat with them. I've been waiting patiently for my permanent to come in but when I call I get a different story each time. I am very disappointed with aspen dental and how they operate. I've had to work without teeth several times and now my temp is in pieces and no idea when my permanent will be in!!!!!! All they worry about is $$
