Don’t get sucked in by FREE xrays and exams. You will pay dearly for it later when they recommend cleaning by their hygienist at the reduced cash pay rate of $700!!!!!!! I was going in for a refill of one tooth! Told them many times and also put in my records that I DO NOT take pain meds and that they made me sick. I was prescribed tramadol, which is pain meds. I made an appointment online a month ago on August 4th for today, Saturday, September the 8th at 11am. I took off of work to go to my appointment and I get to the office and the office is closed! I’m sorry?? My confirmation email said it was for today. I call the 800 number and speak to a rude representative. Apparently they forgot to mark off the Saturday on the calendar when making an appointment so nobody could make one because their office was closed. It’s 2018, someone needs to get it together. The staff was rude except for the office manager & the dentist!! One of the staff told me it was all about me!! REALLY!
Staff wasn't friendly at all. Only caring person was the receptionist at the front desk. I was forgotten about and sat there for 3 hours. I won't be returning to Aspen Dental in Alexandria. Also the 2 black girls who were dental assistants were not friendly at all, I found them rude. I worked in the public long enough to know how to treat people in public the way they do.

I went in for a extraction and The Dentist Is Horrible. He talks to The Assistants awful and I had scaling done on my mouth the same day. Do u know that idiot did not to give me pain Medicine he told me to Go buy some Ibuprofen and Tylenol. And mind u the Day before the extraction I sat in the room waiting on Him.
