Wanted the best dentures $3200 red guaranteed tight fit and 7 year warranty. After 3 appointment’s went for final fitting, dentures literally fell out of my mouth. They said take it or leave it. I think they should take impressions and wax fittings again. I am very disappointed in the professionalism of the person who makes the dentures at Aspen in Alexandria La.

Worst experience. Unprofessional, uncaring! Courtney, manager would not listen to complaints. Broken dentures just glued. Broke after inserting in mouth. Never saw dentist or tech. Front desk workers took my dentures & returned them. Had to pay upfront $163. None of the personnel wore mask or handled my dentures with gloves.

This faculty took my elderly parents and made promises they then refused to keep. My father's new teeth are too long and he can't wear the after paying over $800 for them. My mother was supposed to have all her teeth pulled and dentures delivered. instead they left 7 teeth in her mouth and wanted to have a partial instead of what they were asked for. on top of that after my dad asking for a total price and quoted $7806 for all this they wanted an additional $1700 for the partial and a filling that should not have been ne... read more

Wow I had a awesome experience @ Aspen Dental yesterday in Alexandria La. The staff is very courteous & also very knowledgeable in performance of their patient treatments. I also like the teamwork the staff exhibits by taking time to show some of the newer techs things that you can only learn hands on experience. I also was blown away by how they accomodated me as I'm currently having mobility issues from bad knees & they improvised there normal routines whenever possible to keep me from having to stand or doing as less phys... read more
