Had a cavity filled this week. It was pretty quick and everyone was really nice.
I had a great expereince at this location. Dr. Gillian and Mariela were great! I tried another Aspen location (Sanford) and had a bad expereince. I walked into the Altamonte location and they got my teeth cleaned, dental exam completed and my partial crown put in same day. Im going back next week to get my final crown put in. You guys rock!
Great atmosphere and a knowledgeable staff made my wife and I feel comfortable!
My experience here was awesome! Wendy was so helpful. Dr. Walcott did an awesome job with my extractions and my pain and swelling was very minimal! Will definitely be back.
Wendy customer service and ability to speak to everyone is awsome.
I have had several bad experiences at other dentist offices before switching to Aspen. Since I've been to Aspen I have had nothing but good experiences here and feel they have truly met my needs. I especially adore Zara my dental assistant and Wendy office admin. Thank you for all that you do!!
Fantastic experience with the new Dental Hygienist!
My husband was very nervous he hadn't been to the dentist in a while he wanted me to be back with him the person that took him back for X-ray said I could go back after his X-rays when the took him back to a room the lady rudely told him that I wasn't aloud to be back there with him that is not the way you treat a patient that is scared I decided to give this location a try because it's closer to were I live but next time we will definitely be going back to the Waterford location you don't tell a scared patient that his spou... read more

I haven't been to a dentist in a long time but when I got there I was treated so good. when I say good I mean good. my anxiety was very high before going in and the receptionist was kind as well. I recieved my ex- rays and off into a room sitting and waiting. then finally the dentist comes in the room never introduced her name or anything. she started pulling up my x-rays and telling me everything I needed done. ok np but some things are foreign to me because I don't know dental talk lol. so I asked her a question that I ... read more
