This is a great and friendly place. I am not one for going to the Dentist put this place makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Great financing offers. Place is clean.
This visit was my first, it took longer, than I expected but they were very patient with me. I would suggest them to anyone. They are conveniently located.
This last time I went was the most stressful nightmare. The front office was awful. I call on November to schedule a appt for a cleaning and the next appt was on February. I went and come to find out that they didn't have my insurance papers ready. I have to reschedule 3 days ahead. 3 days ahead I go but they had me 2 days ahead not 3. At this point I am not happy. My appointment was at 9:30 and I left at 12 o'clock the wait time was ridiculous do to the X-ray machine supposedly broke down they was so unorganized
My experience with Aspen Dental was not a good one. I went there to check on a tooth that was bothering me. The dentist told me that I had a chipped (partially broken) filling and that I should get a crown. I would totally recommend Aspen I had been going to Greenberg for four years mainly for cleaning I had a tooth issue they X-ray it and said it needed to come out I told them I was going out of town for a month they could not give me a date to remove it very disconcerting and not very professional I went to Aspen they address my issue told care of tooth in a very efficient professional way I am so pleased to have found a dentist that treat me as a patient and not a number
