Just had a tooth pulled there came out feeling great even took the time to calm me down before it began

My trip to the (Indiana, Pa) office was exceptional. The staff was great and the Dental Hygienist was awesome my cleaning had an amazing turn out! Dr. Fazio went into great detail with the treatment he recommended! I will recommend my friends and family any day.

Horrible experience from start. Appointments cancelled/ rescheduled because their lab is behind. I have been charged for services & products never provided. Unable to resolve issues due to “short staffing”. Don’t believe the hype & commercials, no one in this office cares
Originally scheduled an appointment for 10:45 on 5/5. I was called that morning and asked to reschedule due to an emergency with another client which would run into my scheduled appointment. I did so, for 5/17 at 2:45 pm. Arrived there today at 2:38 pm, and was told that I was late for a 2:30 appointment and would have reschedule again. I would not have scheduled a 2:30 appointment as I needed time to get home from work. At this point I'm done with Aspen.

my wife and daughter both went to Aspen dental, they were rude as if they have a degree to brush your teeth so therefore they are much better than you!! Not to mention my wife needed dental work, they gave her a consult with a price then when we go to get things in order they charged us a different price. when she went to have the procedure they gave us a completely different price!!! then after trying their very best to screw us they wanted to schedule a follow up!!! can you believe it????? needless to say we said screw the... read more

My daughter had a emergency , the dentist told her to come right in, traveled a hour to get there only to be turned away. I called the switchboard and explained what she was told . Finally the lady at switchboard said for me to tell her to go right back in. She went back in only to get treated very bad by Lindsey at the front desk as though it was inconvenient for her to have empathy towards a patient who was in extreme distress and pain.
