Terrible. This place is the biggest rip off i've ever been too. But they'll give you a hell of a deal on cleaning your teeth, a measely $1500. Pocket change!!! Rolls eyes. What a joke.

I went to aspen dental due to being in pain from a tooth issue. They scheduled me a few days out. I took half a day off work just to have them tell me I needed a filling refilled and scheduled me a few days after that to have the work done. I took yet another half day off work and when I showed up for my appointment a different dentist saw me for about 5 minutes. He then proceeded to tell me it wasn't going to cost me the promised $50 after my insurance, it was going to cost ... See More over $4000 out of pocket and he would... read more

I am fairly easy to please but Aspen Dental of Altoona miserably failed on doing just that, and this is why. I first had to go in and have xrays done because it had been a while since I have been to the dentist, which is great, I'm glad they do that. After my xrays they take me to the chair like they are going to clean my teeth. NOPE, the dentist comes over and looks at my teeth, a couple girls take some measurements of my teeth and advised me that they'd schedule me in for a cleaning. OK....... All seems backwards but whate... read more

I know 3 people going there now for dentures and having horrible problems. Broken plates missing teeth etc. Can't get emergency apps and they do not fix the problems well when you do get in.

I'm on the fence with this place. I have insurance, but with their prices, it's cheaper for me to do a cash sale with no insurance at a local dentist. I live an our away. I needed 2 crowns. Also not told about the multiple appts, this is to take 4 appts total. Had 2 fillings done, I am unable to floss those teeth now!!! I asked about the first one, they told me to apply more pressure with the floss & pull it through, instead of the normal way of flossing. I since had t... So far- not impressed. 1. Had a consult to ensure affordability. Was quoted a finance fee of $50/month, so signed. When bill started coming.... $150/ month. Upon inspecting papers I signed...the office worker misquoted the amount! $50 is alot different than $150! Strike 1-- and a big one! Feel as if they misrepresented to get us signed up. 2. Dentist informed of spouse's fear of needles in mouth. Had considered removal under anesthesia. Instead of doing one numbing shot, a... See More llowing it to work, and then proceeding ... read more

This place is a joke. I wish I can give them 5 negative stars! My husband waited TWO hours then finally walked out without any service. My daughter also had issues when she went. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else.
