FALSELY DIAGNOSED ME WITH PERIODONTAL DISEASE. WANTED ME TO “CROWN” MY FRONT TWO TEETH STATING I HAD STRESS FRACTURES. WANTED TO CHARGE ME $2500 TO TREAT PERIO- AND THEN PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR CROWNS. Had a second opinion at TIPTON FAMILY DENTISTRY TOLD ME NONE OF WHAT ASPEN SAID WAS TRUE- FIXED MY TOOTH WITH NO ISSUES AND NO EXTRAVAGANT MOUTH SURGERIES. ASPEN DENTAL IS A MONEY HUNGRY SCAMMING BUSINESS DO NOT GO HERE. I WOULD NOT EVEN TRUST THEM TO COMPLETE A SIMPLE CLEANING HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE THEY DONE THIS TO?!?!?

Business response:

I'm sorry that your experience didn't live up to expectations. We value your feedback, and I will pass your message along to the team so they can address concerns. - Michelle, ADMI

Go anywhere else! I was forced to use them due to poor dental coverage. Appointment #1 they do nothing except over the top xrays and ask for payment before scheduling you to come back to actually do something. I went for a routine cleaning and had to return weeks later for service. My husband needed a couple fillings and we paid up front appointment 1. My insurance paid for nearly everything we found out about 2 months later. I called and they confirmed but said my hundreds of dollars paid day 1 was now a line of credit I co... read more

Don't rip people off. I was told at Aspen Dental I needed 3 crowns and a root canal for a grand total of $2,000. I went to another dentist for a 2and opinion and I was told I only need 2 fillings and a crown. NO ROOT CANAL. what a difference $860us from $2,000.

Everyone is so nice and professional, however I felt pressured into doing work that seemed way to expensive. I actually felt like I was being sold a car and they were trying to talk me into getting the undercoating.

Business response:

Thanks for taking the time to let us know, Eric! We’ll be sure to pass this along. — Ashlee, ADMI

When they're trying to earn your business, they're great. Once you spend twice what anytime else charges, it's a big middle finger to you. Bottom line, go somewhere else.

Business response:

I am sorry to hear this, Stephanie. I have spoken with the office manager, and she would love to help with this. I encourage you to call the office at 814-943-6000, option 2. - Courtney, ADMI

I just had my first appointment and now I has to figure out what I want to do about fixing them. Everyone was beyond NICE. I would tell anyone if you are feeling embarrassed that you have not been to the dentist for awhile, please go and leave them help you. That's what kept me away from the dentist, I was embarrassed that I had left my teeth get so bad and I told the girl that and she said that's why they are there. So go you will feel better after you do.

Business response:

I'm happy to hear that, Susan. It’s great that you felt comfortable with the team during your first visit, and I hope that you find it easier to continue making your oral health a priority. - Emily, ADMI

I had broken a tooth on vacation and when I got home decided to try Aspen Dental to have it fixed. I set up appointment and they did x-rays and scheduled me for a cleaning since they didn't want to repair with all the bacteria on my teeth. I then went for cleaning paid the bill and had to remind them I was to schedule for a tooth repair. The attendant checked in the computor and found yes I needed to shedule an appointment , but could not schedule till I payed 50% up front. Not having the credit card I wanted to use on me sh... read more
