Very efficient, thorough, and professional. Let me choose my treatment plan based on what I could afford. Nice, friendly staff and their Dentist is a pro - made quick work of filling cavities and the pain was not even comparable to other places I have been. :)
I had some work done 11/2023 & Aspen Dental confirmed my insurance coverage before then. 3 months later I received a past due notice & found out not only was my claim never submitted, it was denied! Now I'm responsible for an amount that is $hundreds$ more than my quote! I would not have had the work done if l'd known the true cost! I feel like I was lied to just to get my business & now I have to pay more. Be very careful if you go to Aspen Dental!
It'd be negative if Google had that option. Dr Steven Yuen is beyond condescending and rude. Doesn't listen to you unless you put your foot down. Today walked out of appointment after sitting there for 45 minutes. Had a 830appt time. He numbs me up pretty quickly then walks away and NO ONE comes back. 45min passes and nothing.

I do not recommend this practice. The staff has no respect for your time or schedule. Their lack of communication and concern are subpar at best. My first visit I waited an hour (after my scheduled time) in the exam room only to inquire and find out there had been delays and it would be awhile longer. I rescheduled that visit. Today they attempted to call prior to my visit but did not leave a message. Upon arrival I was informed they need to reschedule the appointment.
