Went to Aspen Dental for a 9am appointment. Finally got my name called at 9:30...went into the room and didn't see the dentist till 10:30. Moved to a different room and about 11:45 the dentist came back and started TO WORK ON THE WRONG TOOTH! I had to stop her! 10 minute procedure and at 12:32, after screwing with a forest of freaking paper work I finally walk out the door. Will let everyone I know to avoid Aspen Dental.
Horrible service. Do not recommend even in an emergency. I wouldn't be surprised if they have fake credentials. Reminds me of the movie Bad Medicine. Look closely at their degrees. They could be mail order or 19th Century. Was told I would be getting a refund of pre paid consultation fee, since no service was given. Still waiting.
