I was quoted a price for a dental package and was told what was included in that package. I was very specific with my questions as to what the package included because the out of pocket price was over $800. My fiancé was there with me and he asked what all was included several times as well. RecommendedThey did a thorough initial x-ray exam and were very clear as to what they could do and not do for my broken crown. they also have a 18-month finance plan with no interest that is a God send for seniors on a fixed income. Everyone was very friendly and I felt at ease right away.

Aspen Dental is a fraud, rip off. They gave me a coupon for a free comprehensive Exam and my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield pays in full for the cleaning and Aspen Dental told me I owed 0 balance when I left that day. I got a bill saying I owe $50.00 for the Comprehensive Exam. I called them and they tell me to take it up with my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield due to a $50.00 copay. My 3rd or 4th visit for a routine cleaning was not like the first couple of visits . The dental assistant had the touch of the "Hulk". Nearly drowned me with the rinse and have had very sensitive teeth since .

I have been once well twice because they seem to be the only dentist office that takes two appointments to clean teeth! Went today to get X-rays for a new dentist who can do everything in one appt and even though I told them I was coming and the sign on the door says open until 7 pm when I arrived at 6:44 pm they were closed! Someone can’t tell time! That coupled with all the double dipping with my insurance company I will never go back. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
