They are the biggest RIP OFF, over charge even tho PPO agreed price, all about MONEY FOR THEM! If you never question, they love you for a patient, the minute you question, they treat you like CRAP
I have been there for dental care and had no problems. This time the temporary that I have is very unsatisfactory, I paid $803 for that visit with more charges to come when I get the crown. My temporary does not have a smooth surface on the outside. It has a glob glued to the outside surface This is one of my front teeth! Warning!!! They overcharge and never let you know when you have a credit balance. When arriving for me appointment, the finance person overcharged me. I tried to tell her she was incorrect because I knew what my insurance covered. Either I paid her amount and got service immediately, or I had to wait two months to get a precertification. RUN! These jerks recommend excessive deep cleanings to the tune of $900...yes, $900 for cleaning! And this was for a young person who only went in for an extraction and braces estimate....no insurance.
Terrible experience. Made an appointment for a cleaning, it wasn't clarified at that time that it would just be x-rays and an exam, followed by another appointment for a cleaning. Being 5 months pregnant, I did not want x-rays and was told the doctor couldn't see me without them.
