Warning!!! They overcharge and never let you know when you have a credit balance. When arriving for me appointment, the finance person overcharged me. I tried to tell her she was incorrect because I knew what my insurance covered. Either I paid her amount and got service immediately, or I had to wait two months to get a precertification. RUN! These jerks recommend excessive deep cleanings to the tune of $900...yes, $900 for cleaning! And this was for a young person who only went in for an extraction and braces estimate....no insurance.
Terrible experience. Made an appointment for a cleaning, it wasn't clarified at that time that it would just be x-rays and an exam, followed by another appointment for a cleaning. Being 5 months pregnant, I did not want x-rays and was told the doctor couldn't see me without them.
