I went in to day because I'd been in a lot of pain due to a broken tooth, I got xrays done and an inspection of all my teeth, I aggravated my broken tooth by biting down on the thing for the xray, but I thought it's ok because they'll pull it today, instead what happened was they gave me paperwork, and there pich for their sponsors, gave me an estimate on price and a number for someone else and said they couldn't do it. Out of 6 fillings I now have to get 3 root canals. I went in because lost a filling they told me I had other cavaties one tooth that was bothering me and a few others that were not. 2 of the root canals are teeth that i had 0 isses with until they worked on them

Had a cleaning scheduled. 1 month before the appt received call from office saying that the doctor would be out of the office that day so I would not be able to have an exam that day. The office should have more than 1 Doctor on staff so if one is sick or out of town the other can pic up the slack.
Horrible office staff including manager. All they want is their money, no "patient" care at all. Repeatedly called for insurance even though i told them when it starts and would get it to them as soon as i had it. Found out today that their free exam and xrays means no out of pocket, they bill the insurance still. Not that I'm cheap but needed a dentist since i moved to the area, so was a good draw. They only have open appointments for new patients..If you have been a patient there in the past and now have tooth pain they make you wait for an appointment 1 week later..If u go somewhere else and bring in x-rays they still want to do x-rays and charge 100.00 for the same thing you just brought to them..All they care about is the money..I'd never recommend them to anyone..Worst customer service I have ever seen..
They are super nice to you until they tell you that you need to pay your portion that the insurance doesn't cover up front! What kind of dental practice asks for money up front when they haven't even provided you with the service?? Oh Aspen Dental does!!! Not everyone has hundreds of dollars laying around. They don't even care if you have an FSA with 1300.00 in it to cover your out of pocket expenses! They are all about the money. And they do get insurance info ASAP! I'm still on the fence! I feel the doctor spends no time for the price you pay! When going thru my contract I asked if soft lines were incl she said yes I asked if I need one every couple months she again hesitantly said yes found out yesterday it's 225.00 one free!
