They kept changing the procedure and raising the price.
My wife got 2 phone calls , text and email for confirmation which she confirmed, get there and they tell us the dentist is out. Couldn't call and tell us? First they didn't have all the supplies for a cleaning and then they can't call to tell you that you have to reschedule after 2 people take off work. Save time go somewhere else.
4 trips ... had insurance that pays 50%. Had to pay $347.50 of $399.00. Denture was too loose, they said because of the bone. Then why did the older one fit correct? Waiting time was horrible in lobby and when called to the back. We will never be back
They charged me 1400 for a deep cleaning instead of 900 that I was quoted. I saw my regular dentist and they showed me all the things that aspen didn't clean. So I get to pay another 900 to have the same thing done again. Aspen said they wouldn't redo it. They said they would be happy to see me again. NOT!!
Much more focused on selling unnecessary items such as motorized toothbrushes and super expensive scaling treatments. Got only a quick once over before presented with a treatment plan ranging from 5k to 2.5 k in price.. Went to the firm "mydentist" today and got both of the problem teeth pulled and quoted 588.00 for the same thing that was 2.5k at Aspen. Would never recommend or refer anyone to them.
