Senior Citizens Beware! (Please read all!) Hygentists are the worst. The office manager, Lashyra is amazing and really does her best to help! The dentist was very caring and professional. The Hygentist I had (this seems to be the norm) was horrible and unprofessional. The hygentist's appear to prey on senior citizens. Reputable dentists take gap measurements AFTER cleaning. They do it first, then tell you, you need deep scaling. She kept stabbing me when taking measurements because she was pushing it down to get high... read more
Overcharged and won't return phone calls.
The dental staff were great. The billing was ridiculous. Went in for a pre op exam for an extraction. Removal of tooth only. Billed for 960.00. I was in pain due to infection in bad tooth. Didn't ask for any other service. They just said we need this, we need that. Didn't listen to what I wanted. Paid half the bill, wanted the scrips. Not happy. Expecting a couple 100 bill. As of now sitting on 479. Procedure yet to be done. I got the inpression manager didn't want to give up any payment.
Con Artists in the biggest way. Promises and treatment plans never followed but changed so they can ask for more money.
Don’t go here. The dentist was rude and wouldn’t listen to my causes or concerns. Did a filling on a tooth that was cracked. Had to go to a different dentist after three months of continued pain and now I found out they should have A. tried a root canal or B. in all probability the crack is so deep that it wasn’t salvageable. My new dentist showed me the X-rays and even me an untrained person can see the crack still there above the filing they did! I was so happy to be able to just walk in & be seen. I knew I had a problem with my molar with crown & had been trying to keep pain to a minimum til I could get back to NV. No such luck 😱. They took me in right away and did X-ray found abscess in root! Couldn't pull tooth so gave me prescription for antibiotics to hold me til get home to a dentist. Need it pulled otherwise will happen again. Not willing to spend up to $2000 for root canal & crown again! Not for a back molar anyway! Do miss my dental insurance
The dental assistants are nice but Megan the receiptionist is so rude treats you like you are dumb. Brought my friend to her 3rd visit here was told on the phone the wait would be 3hrs but no its 6hrs don't believe anything this place tells you if they would of done it the first time it would have been nice but this is the sorriest place to get dentures they are big and bulky sharp don't fit properly and they don't listen to the patient.
I went in and was only for my 1 tooth to be extracted in a series of things getting ready for my Bridge...However, they even gave me the Dentist I said Positively I didn't want working on me and she was horribly rough. I was told a man Dentist would care for me, but when he went to another clinic, no one called and rescheduled me but gave me to the one person I asked them not to and I felt traumatized....hurting so badly after 3 days and more pain to come. Only needed a tooth extracted. They wanted me to make a $5000.00 commitment for deep cleaning & bottom dentures before they would pull my tooth. They confirmed that it needed to be pulled. Needless to say, it didn't get pulled.
