This dentist has taken us for over $5,000 and my wife still does not have a wearable denture. Then today the DENTIST cussed out my 71 year old wife and throws her out of the office. Why? because she wanted a refund on her dentures that were broken for the 2nd time.

Recommendedomg they've been a blessing first dentist messed up my mouth after having all my teeth .. ask around was told to aspen dental and they've been so great and amazing and doing all they can to fix my mouth and dentures !

RecommendedThis office has done nothing but cause a headache. my husband was a first time patient they said first visit would be free. we received a bill I went up there to see if we owed and pay it if I had to and was told they forgot to add the discount but they took care of it. Then they sent me to collections. I called again and explained and they said it would be taken care of and wouldn't have to pay. mind you our visit was in January and I am still getting bills from collections and the issue is still not resolved.
I send an email a bit over 2 weeks ago and I never received an answer regarding the balance in the account and today I just go to my Aspen web page and find out of, out of the blue I only have a credit of $52.80, so I don’t have ANY explanation where is the amount of $194.40 ?? I went to the Aspen dental office in Ardmore and I regret every bit of it... they made a mistake putting on my crown, three months later and I still can't chew on one side of my mouth.
Recommended this place to my future daughter in law and she said she would never step in there again, the dentist was short with her and hateful, he also smarted off and walk out....it’s hard enough for people to go to the dentist but to be treated that way is unacceptable, will no longer recommend this place

RETURN PEOPLE'S MESSAGES in the Billing Department!! Calling the Corporate office to complain after calling month after month after month & not getting any response.
