I could not have had a better exam, and the staff all kind and friendly but also professional. The exam equipment is the latest. I was able to see a clear photo of my teeth, and staff clearly explained everything. I left knowing the priority of remedial treatment for each tooth and having made my own decision about how to proceed.
Megan is unbeatable! She has knowledge on how the entire office runs; especially, insurance! You know you are taken care of when Megan is helping you out! Thank you, Megan!
Let me say I hate the dentist. The group at Aspen help me to feel comfortable at ease and like family. There listen to what I had to say and was patient and gentle with my care. I recommend them for all your dental needs. And yes they even took the time to file both my insurance most dentist will only file one and leave the rest to you to handle. They all discount and coupons to help with cost.
I got into my appointment on time. The staff was welcoming and professional. The dental assistants were neat organized and carried themselves well.
I had an emergency today with TMJ which is very painful but the Asheville office worked me in before my appointment time and did all x-rays needed to eliminate any cavities. TMJ is very hard to address and it was explained in detail and I was given a referral to a TMJ Specialist and told to take over the counter pain relief which made since. The staff is nice. The hygienist I saw was great. The dentist was always in a hurry and didn't explain anything. After an emergency visit I was told to call the office if I had questions or concerns. When I called, I could only speak with front office staff who told the doctor my problem and then told me the doctor would look at it again when I came back for my scheduled cleaning which was 3 weeks away. She did not speak with me directly or call me back. Now I am seeing an endodontist in an effort not to l9se my tooth.

They take your insurance and bill more. They refuse to clean your teeth unless you sign for all their treatments. It's a money machine scam and the dentists are complicit.

I have good dental insurance. I acquired a Care Credit card to pay nearly $10k for dental work at Aspen. On my first follow up visit to see how my new bridge was working out I was told I owed a $216 copay. This on top of having just paid an outstanding balance on my account. This practice seems to be in the business of squeezing as much money out of their patients as possible. I told them I was not paying another cent and am actively looking for a new dentist.
