I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find a dentist. Made an appointment for a routine cleaning three months in advanced, only to show up and find out that my appointment was "somehow canceled in the system". Cool cool cool. They rescheduled me for the following week so I came in and they took x-rays and told me the hygienist was not in so I wouldn't be able to get a cleaning done. First dealt with the 800 number people and informed them I had an issue, an appt was 9 days away. Booked appt anyway, then called and asked for an antibiotic, due to swelling and pain. Did not ask for pain meds. They had a cancellation, took it and showed for it. Dentist was more concerned with roots from a dead wisdom tooth 20 yrs old than my actual condition. While I really liked Dr Gates, the staff was very rude to me. Unfortunately I will not return to the Tunnel Rd office. I even hand wrote a letter explaining what had happened with my experience to Dr Cho, who is the owner and I never received any sort of response or any notification back from them. I guess they don't need the business.

2 hours in their office and all I got done was xrays and a sales pitch to come back for a bunch of work that neither of my previous dentists recommended. I just wanted a cleaning but they were too short staffed. They also discussed the possibility of pulling a molar I've never had issues with or even heard another dentist have concern with? Waiting in waiting room for over an hour for denture consult, very rude office staff, assistants spent all their time laughing and gossiping which we could hear in waiting room and they don't have a hygienist, so no preventative care. Talk about a mess of an office, avoid at all costs!!

Don't fall for the bait and switch tactics of Aspen Dental. Don't take my word for it, do your own internet search for the legal troubles of this company. When you make an appointment with Aspen Dental you don't speak to your local office. You speak to a call center that is like a time share offer.
