Extracted the wrong tooth, left me with fillings that had to be redone by another dentist. Do not trust aspen dental with your dental health. Staff were friendly, but I fully regret putting my trust in this place and don't want to see anyone else do the same thing.

DO NOT GO HERE! Made me wait a long time and then during the x rays it was incredibly painful. The hygienist just shoved it in my mouth. I have never had anything wrong with my teeth ever and they told me that I have gingivitis and that I need a $225 cleaning. I have never been to a dentist where they didn't do a cleaning and x ray at the same time??! I booked for a cleaning and they said that they don't do cleanings until the second appointment and that the hygienist was busy.

Aspen dental in Asheville is horrifying! First of all i was told to come in 15 minutes before my cleaning. My apt was at 140 i was there at 1 pm with 4 other cars waiting. doors locked till 145. I DONT HAVE A CAR AND ITS 20 DEGREES STANDING IN THE COLD!! I was told via phone it was 29$. ray and 145 cleaning also a lie. My first visit, App at 10 am got their at 940 am .filled out paperwork waited til 1045 am still not seen . Had to be at work at 1130am ask to sch me and apt in future at my allowed time frame could not do .if you go here be ready to wait a long time................................

This was the worst on all levels experience from a dental practice in my opinion. They are chronically under staffed. Cannot keep employees. The Dentists that have bought their place into the chain of Aspen dental do not seem to be qualified to assess the exact needs of the patient and weren't able to answer my questions. They have one part time hygienist and no show travel fill in person. They had their medical records and phone system hacked and still much later cannot function. Worst dental experience I've had. They only had a dentist look at me once in 2 years. Charged for a deep cleaning that my insurance didn't cover and wouldn't do my routine cleaning that day. Said they would call to schedule that and never heard from them. Also got charged extra after using my insurance months later for the cleaning. They had me pay while I was sitting in the chair in pain because they wanted to close. Don't bother going here. It is the jiffy lube of dentists.

I would not recommend. It was by far the worst experience I have had in a Dentist office. I went there for dentures and they literally yanked my teeth out without any pain management. When I went back for my dentures they just SHOVED the dentures into my mouth. The dental assistant had no idea what she was doing. The dentures never fit properly from the get go. I'm really disappointed in the receptionists here. I love Dr Cho, she is probably the best dentist I've ever had, she is wasted here. I've waited on the phone for almost 20 minutes to ask an insurance question that I've been waiting MONTHS for a phone call back for. I ended up just having to cancel my appointment since no one wanted to take me off hold or, at least, hang up the phone so I could leave a message. Evidently, all this business cares about is money. Please do not fall for the denture upgrades. Don't believe what you are told. If you don't go elsewhere, do not fall for the functional try-in. They will walk you out with dentures that will fall out before you get to the door, saying you accepted them. The dentist states I must always wear the lowers with the uppers, but will not make a lower denture that fits. After being promised dentures that I would be able to eat with, this has not happened.
