Cindy is my go-to girl! She is so professional, conversational, and caring! This office makes dental visits casual and not terrifying.
Today I had my first visit with Aspen dental to have an tooth extraction I was very nervous till I met with Jackie who started out with exrays she was so gentle and friendly it put me at ease she was also wonderful during the whole process making me feel right at home I walked out with a smile I am going to refer all my friends and family thank you Jackie
Just had my second appt. with the Ashtabula Aspen Dental group and had my first wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Chan was absolutely amazing, and the process was completely painless and comfortable! Both he and the staff were professional and reassuring, everything went smoothly! Very happy to have my tooth out finally and very happy with my experience here! Would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone! Thank you Jackie for the excellence in care!

Very easy to schedule an appointment! The staff was friendly and the dental assistant Jackie was very nice and her and Dr. Chan were great. I had no issues. I will be going back. �
Everyone here has been just great!! I have been made to feel only comfortable during my visits. Today's visit included time with Jackie, Jen and Cindy. Besides Dr Chan and the front desk lady who helped me settle up. You all are really great and make it not a bad place to have to go to.
