I would like to thank Aspen Dental and their staff for being so helpful in all my dental needs. Jackie Hassell has been my dental assistant on most of my dental visits and has always welcomed me with a smile and a positive attitude, and is always very professional. I would like to thank Jackie and all the staff for making me feel welcome and a very important part of the dental experience.
Jackie Hassell and I worked together years ago, she was one reason why I came to Aspen Dental, she and the people working there are great--easy to talk to. They are very good about explaining what has to be done, and the costs for that work. Good job Jackie and the team!!!

Aspen Dental in Ashtabula is no less than amazing. Dr Chan is amazing, the girls Jennifer Layman, Kaitlin Tapia, the girl that handles the financial aspect Jessica Bulfinch and even the girl at the front desk Courtney is great. We all know the dentist is one of the places people may have been traumatized at and may avoid because of it, but this place is caring, compassionate, and gentle. everyone here is great!! they are very professional and very helpful with your needs and great at making you feel comfortable, If you need your teeth cleaned Cindy is the person to see, not only is she nice she does a great job and you will always leave knowing that your next visit is worth coming back. Very explanatory. Well maintained plus Jen was very helpful and very quick at what she does. I'm glad I found this place. As well as Jessica was also very helpful of helping me understand the payments and what I need to do. Doctor chan is very helpful as well
