last year I went to Cleveland Dental Clinic (CDC) and I honestly felt like a piece of meat while I was there. no respect. about a few months ago I lost a piece of tooth in my upper right jaw. thought nothing of it. two weeks ago I made an appointment with aspen bc my mouth was very sore. they got me in fairly quickly. However there normal dentist was on vacation and I was seen by a substitute. Every employee has also been very friendly and respectful. I am getting the Aspen Motto Invisalign , any time I have had any questions or issues with my trays, they always get me in quickly to check them and correct any issues. I’m very happy with my experience I’ve had here at the Ashtabula Aspen Dental Office.

I am new to Aspen Dental but I have to say that the whole staff is absolutely amazing! I came in with 2 infections that my previous dentist wasn’t taking me seriously on and wanted me to wait 3 weeks to be seen even tho I was in excruciating pain. I called Aspen and Nikky got me in right away! She was extremely welcoming and informative, Dr Jeff was more than willing to help me and his assistant Cody was also very nice. Everybody there was great! I went in for my first exam yesterday as a person with MAJOR anxiety when going to the dentist. All the ladies at the front desk where very welcoming and professional. Cody was my dental assistant and he made me feel comfortable right away. The hygienist Crystal was next, she was so nice and assuring, and Dr. Jeff Morrison is just absolutely amazing!!!! All the staff here are great, but I'd like to point out especially that the dentist and oral surgeon are very down to Earth people who explain everything well in terms a normal person can understand. Excellent bedside manner. Thank you Drs. Morrison and Nowrocky for my lovely new smile!

I have been there twice now and the staff is wonderful. Especially Crystal and Tina. They talk to you and explain what they are going to be doing and they make you feel comfortable and they are so much fun to be around.
