The staff is okay, but the dentist is rude. They perform unnecessary xrays and they are no longer affordable.

They just tack on procedure after procedure. I had seen my old dentist in February, and I find it highly suspicious that the x-rays over there didn't pick up what Aspen's did. I'm canceling my next appointment and go back to my old dentist. If I must, I prefer to be financially enslaved to dental debt in one place, not to several dentists. One plus in their favor is the staff and the hygienists are pleasant, but the dentist I saw is so dry she can't even greet folks.... It had been 13 years since I had a new set of dentures and I wanted to get a better set than I got from Affordable Dentures. I had the extra money to spend on a new set so I went here. I spent over $900 on a set and never could wear the bottom ones. I couldn't eat or even talk with them in. I do not recommend. Was told one thing when I called to make appt and something totally different when I called back. I was in so much pain from a cracked filling that I called another dentist. Turned out to be for the best. The dentist I went to got me in the very next day and the work is cheaper than what Aspen charged my son in law. Very rude staff and they passed the blame for their mistake. I was told, "You must have spoken to someone in our call center."

Terrible customer service. Was told one thing by one person when I called and another totally different thing by another when I called back 3 days later. In the meantime, my toothache pain is worse and I had to make another appt with another dentist to be seen. I understand a new pt can't get right in the door but I was told that they would make me an appt in May "just to get me on the books" but since I was in pain that my name and number would be "placed directly on a manager's desk. Wasn't impressed with their "care" and their prices are higher than other, more caring dentists, in the Athens area. I won't be returning nor will I recommend them to anyone..

My appointment was at 1:15 but because they had me in system for 1 they could take my x rays but I couldn't see the doc. Never did she ask to see my card. I think I still should hv been seen it's wasn't my fault there receptionist wrote down the wrong time but hey in this day & time the customer is never right any more #smh

Staff great , doc not so much! And was told they could do it same day cause it was my front tooth, nope, didn't offer anything but a good luck, should have listen to others.
