Can’t comment on their actual services because I never got to experience them due to offices having whatever hours they want and not what’s listed on Google or their own website. And even their own employees don’t know either. I called today because I saw that the Athens location stays open until 7pm. I spoke to lady who confirmed this. I explained I had a broken tooth and was in severe pain, but couldn’t get there until after 5pm. She explained that was fine and they accept walk ins. Aspen dental is definitely fine if you do not mind a chain dentist. You do not get the personal feel you get in a individual dentist office. On my kids recent visit, they seemed to not know what was going on with the insurance and could not answer my questions. Still collected my money. They seemed to be over priced. I was supposed to get a call back the same day on a treatment plan and I never did and I ended up have to call them back two days later and still didn’t get all my answers. What a joke!!!! My friend went for a consultation, we figured up the price to be about $2,000, and they're saying over $10,0000!!!! Such a rip-off trying to talk people into something that's outrageous!!!

HAVE THE STAFF INFORM PATIENTS OF THE COST AND SPECIFIC CLEANING THAT WILL BE PERFORMED PRIOR TO PERFORMING THE PROCEDURE I WOULD LOVE FOR A CEO TO CONTACT ME. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH HUMANA INSURANCE AND PLAN TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH MEDICARE
