Dr. Ennuson, Chelsea, Rachel, Anaya, and Shameena are all the best. I came in pain and was greeted with sympathy and care. I was treated with respect and explained everything in detail and told what would happen each step of the way. The manager Jennifer was very personable, and worked with me on questions I had. Dental pain is no joke, trying to work around cost, time etc can be frustrating and a major factor in care, sadly for many its not an option. I just started going to the Aspen Dental in Douglasville GA. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went in for issue with my gums and the ladies there have given me everything I didn't know I need in a new smile. Thankful
Aspen dental is an amazing place. Ms.jay gave me great Cleaning. She is the best in the business and I will be back soon
I visited for new patient exam. The dental assistant was new but very caring and competent. The hygienist was knowledgeable and efficient. The dentist was skilled, informative and overall amazing. She mapped out a reasonable plan to remedy my multiple dental issues. The entire time at Aspen, I felt as if I were in great hands by a team that knew dentistry and patient care from the front desk manager to the assistant , hygienist and dentist. This is would to be the worst experience of my life. This Aspen office one I went to was awful. It was a revolving door of staff. Tried to get to cement in my tooth that came out of my denture (same tooth over and over again. Aspen contacts your insurance for pre-approval and the patient pays their portion before any work is done. Every time we talk to them, they seem to have a new Office Manager. Stockbridge location This dental office is completely unprofessional when it comes to billing and communication. I was given a treatment plan beforehand and told everything was covered, only to show up for my appointment and suddenly be told there were additional charges. Changing fees the day of treatment after confirming is ridiculous and feels extremely deceptive. Just dont do it. Worst experience ever to an already stressful and expensive situation.
There high they don't explain everything in detail. The dentist or whatever he was that did my extractions was horrible. The dentist didn't even make sure that he.completely removed all my teeth pieces then on top of that forced the temps on my gums seeing that they were not the right fit so that caused a issue with my gums . It's to much I can go on and on ... just don't use them

The response from the local team was to call the 1-800 but that's not fixing this issue since the corporate office doesn't respond! They can't do basic math & I've provided them with a detailed speadsheet showing them where the error is located in their billing. NO! Just continue to ignore me & send my account to collections because it takes too much brain power to do the right thing! Do NOT go to ASPEN DENTAL!
