Don't waste your time... I had an 11am appointment, arrived at 1058am. Checked in as a new patient, and completed registration in about 5 minutes. Waited in the reception area for 52 minutes, got up and walked out. They call me 10 minutes later asking "did you leave?" What?! Just like they charge a missed appointment fee they should pay the same fee. Wasted time and money. Never going to any Aspen Dental again.
They ask you to be on time, but I wait for more than 30 min and no answer, when I ask what's going on, just they say you can reschedule if you want. Our time is valuable too. Looks like a soon as you pay for the service they don't care about you any more.
