This place is a joke and a ripoff. I keep getting bills in the mail and I call steph keeps telling me it's a system mess up and I'm all set throw them away. Well I get a bill on the mail from a collection agency and it's regarding my aspen bill. Called again no call back or an answer. This place sucks!

Williston took forever to work with me Berlin well lets just say its been since 2015 and I am still not where I should be with my bottoms, not happy
My husband had a sore jaw Friday. We called Aspen that evening. They got him an appointment on Monday. That Friday night we ended up going to the ed because the pain was so bad. When Monday came aspen did X-rays and looked over his teeth and said he needed a tooth extraction. So they got him in 45mins later to remove the tooth. He was sent home with dissolvable stitches and a prescription for pain meds. Within two days the stitches started to come out. So I placed another call to aspen to get his mouth looked at. First time I went there I waited an hour to get in.. then took half hour before someone come In The room.. had to wait half hour to check out....then went there yesterday waited half hour after my scheduled time to be there and the waited half hour for check out...
Wow, what a disappointing experience. I would never ever recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
They have no concept of time..so many people in the waiting area everyone was complaining
This place does a total disservice to their patients. My children have been getting care through them and tonight when we get there for a scheduled appointment they tell us they have let the dentist go and never informed us they could no longer do the work. This is not the first time they have messed up on scheduling, billing, or following through with what they said they would. Just save yourself the time.
